The Patricia "Nurse Pat" Nursing Scholarship is now is a registered tax-deductible charitable organization!
We are celebrating an organizational milestone today with news that we are a fully-fledged nonprofit organization! The official news: we have been granted 501c3 nonprofit status and are recognized as a charitable organization by the IRS. Any contributions made to the scholarship fund are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
“I am so grateful for the dedicated efforts of our scholarship team members, our new Board of Directors, and for the invaluable contributions of our funders and staunch community supporters. Together, we are lifting up the next generation of nurses in our community,” said Sherie Gamble, Board Chairman of The Patricia "Nurse Pat" Nursing Scholarship. “The future is so, so bright and we are more than ready to advance our work to serve our communities."
